Hi, I’m ANGELA KRISTEN TAYLOR.

I bought my first investment property at 19 after staying up late and purchasing a Carlton Sheets program from an infomercial. By 22, I had multiple properties and my real estate license. What I didn't know then was that this impulsive late-night decision would lead me to a career in real estate and that through observing real estate agents in action, I would eventually discover a pattern that the real estate industry and indeed, all service-based industries, overlook: why talented professionals who know exactly what to do still can't consistently make themselves do it.

From my early days as an assistant to Orlando's top real estate agent, then as an agent, and later running one of the first virtual marketing companies serving dozens of real estate brokerages nationwide, I kept seeing the same destructive cycle. Agents would buy every planner, attend every training, hire every coach, yet still find themselves paralyzed when it came to taking the actions they knew would build their business.

I recognized this pattern because I was living it too. Despite achieving significant success by my thirties, I would sabotage myself repeatedly, then blame external circumstances while being completely unaware of the internal chaos driving my decisions. I kept recreating the same cycle from my childhood: periods of progress followed by complete breakdown.

The breakthrough came when I realized these weren't productivity problems or mindset issues. They were unresolved trauma responses. The very actions service-based professionals need to take to build their business, like making calls or asking for referrals, were triggering childhood wounds around rejection, worthiness, and safety. No amount of time management training or goal setting could override a nervous system stuck in survival mode.

I began studying trauma, various forms of healing, psychology, and even holistic wellness and nutrition. I earned multiple certifications because I needed to understand how childhood experiences create limiting beliefs, how those beliefs generate emotional patterns, and how those patterns sabotage adult success, vitality, and life-force. This research became the foundation of my Productive Flow methodology.

Productive Flow isn't really about productivity at all… at least not in the way you’re used to. It's about reversing the natural emotional flow that keeps people stuck. Instead of letting emotions drive energy, which drives time management, which is completely devoid of focus, we start with focus, what I call your unique “heartprint”, and work backward to heal the patterns that have been running your life and sabotaging your work.

For over a decade now, I've used this approach to help hundreds of service-based professionals break free from self-sabotage by addressing the root source: unhealed trauma that shows up as inability to take consistent action, chronic overwhelm, and the constant feeling that you're fighting yourself.

This work transforms lives because it heals the whole person and reshapes the patterns and behaviors that stem from that root source, instead of focusing on specific symptoms like managing your time.

When you address yourself as a whole person, it allows you to tap into your soul’s purpose and empowers you to take action from deep connection with that purpose rather than constantly trying to prove your value and worth while doubting that others can even see you for who you are.

This work is deeply profound and will activate you at a whole other level. Are you ready for it?
